May 14, 2026 7:00 AM	Birding Tour at Lagoon Greenway A Morning of Birding by the Lagoon Awaits! Whether you're a seasoned birder or just starting, all are invited to join a guided morning walk led by a knowledgeable birder who is a Land Trust volunteer. We’ll explore upland hammocks, mangrove forests and scenic views along the Indian River Lagoon, keeping our eyes and ears open for resident and migratory birds. These Land Trust-protected areas provide rich habitat for a variety of species, and every walk holds the promise of discovery. Previous sightings include Roseate Spoonbills, Ospreys, Bald Eagles, Herons, Egrets, and Warblers, just to name a few. The walk lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The group will meet the Land Trust Volunteer Tour Guide in the parking area. The early bird sees the birds—don’t miss it!" Location: Lagoon Greenway Please Register for this event.
