A Sea-grassroots Effort

Recognizing that the estuary we call the Indian River Lagoon is an extraordinary habitat that supports over four thousand species of plants and animals, the Ladies of the Lagoon formed to galvanize the women of Indian River County to Protect the Land that Protects the Lagoon.

All Ladies of the Lagoon membership donations support important research conducted by Land Trust conservation staff and partners who in turn engage the Ladies of the Lagoon through educational trips and presentations.
