Conservation Tour: Bee Gum Point PreserveConservation TourThe 111-acre property was one of the last unprotected wetlands on the barrier island and contains a mile of lagoon shoreline. Due to its key location along the Atlantic Flyway, a major corridor for migrating birds, this property is normally closed to the public except for bird watching and conservation tours. Led by local guides, these tours offer a rare opportunity to visit this wildlife refuge. Tour groups will meet at the west end of Fred Tuerk Drive, off of US Hwy A1A.
