Annual Benefit 2014

Friends and members of the Land Trust gathered on November 6, 2014 at Rock City Gardens for the Land Trust's Annual Benefit, Land Water Wildlife: Celebrate 25 Years of Conservation. This year's event met with unprecedented success and the Committee, Co-Chaired by Jill Kaneb and Paula Knier, is to be commended. The celebration was the kick-off of the Land Trust's yearlong anniversary celebration. Mrs. Toni Robinson a founding member of the Land Trust was honored by Executive Director Ken Grudens with a toast. Highlights of the evening included s'mores by the fire pit and dancing to the sounds of the Sunrise Party Band. With over 400 in attendance, the event was the best attended in the eleven years it's been held at Rock City. Net funds raised, once again, exceeded the $100,000 mark, providing critically needed funds to continue our land protection work.
